WHAT SKINCARE ROUTINE BEST FOR BUSY PEOPLE?

We get it. Sometimes you’re just too busy to stick to a lengthy skincare routine. But the good news is you don’t have to!

Are you always on the go? and need a routine that works just as hard as you do? Skincare for busy people can be a bit difficult. It is important to develop a simple routine that's easy to follow but still gets results. Skincare is an important part of our lives, but too often it’s seen as one more chore on the to-do list. Who has time for a ten-step Korean skincare routine or weekly facial steam? If you’re just looking to cleanse and moisturize, there are less complicated and time-consuming ways to take care of your skin.

The three main products we take a look at today, namely cleanser, toner, and moisturizer, are the bare minimum that you need in your skincare routine. After all, every face needs cleansing and hydration. There’s a daily skincare routine for you, no matter how many minutes you have to spare. Find out how simple it is to find which routine works best for your skin type, lifestyle, and your busy schedule:

Step 1: Cleanse - choose a good, gentle and hydrating cleanser that will get rid of the dirt on your skin but will not strip the natural oils that your skin produces.

Step 2: Tone - toners can help prepare your skin for better product absorption. Finding a toner that contains exfoliants may also be a plus, but make sure to choose exfoliants that work well with the rest of your skincare products.

Step 3: Moisturize – maintain your skin’s barrier and protect it from environmental aggressors. Keeping your skin hydrated and nourished may lead to a healthier and more resilient skin.

Step 4: Sunscreen / SPF – did you know that sunscreen / SPF is the #1 anti-aging product out there? Minimize the penetration of UV rays by applying SPF a couple of times per day.

  1. If you are struggling with acne, just use an acne spot treatment.

You don’t need a comprehensive skincare routine to look your best. It’s always worth taking a simple routine, but if that’s all you do—and you do it consistently—that’s enough to make a positive impact on your skin.
